BayFest 2007 tickets on sale Wednesday
Tickets for BayFest 2007 go on sale Wednesday at the festival’s official Web site, www.bayfest.com.
Three-day passes purchased through the site will be $35, with no service charge, according to organizers. The price is the same as it was in 2006.
BayFest is scheduled to take place Oct. 5-7 in downtown Mobile. Acts announced so far include rock acts Alice in Chains, Velvet Revolver and Daughtry, plus country singer LeAnn Rimes.
The festival typically features dozens of acts in a variety of genres, including R&B, funk, classic country, blues, jazz, modern rock and classic rock.
The advance passes also will be available at local outlets at a later date, according to organizers. Admission prices at the gate will be $25 per day. Children 12 and under will be admitted free if accompanied by a paying adult
